Wild about wild flowers.

Wildflowers are nature's gifts. 

You don't do anything to deserve them. 
Did you scatter those seeds there? 

Did you water or tend them? 

Yet, they spring up to surprise you, 

colorful dancing blooms.
They giggle and wait, 
sweetly hoping to make you smile.

Look at some of the gifts we've been smiling at around our little farmstead lately.

Next time you notice the wild flowers, remember to give them your smile. It's what they're waiting for, their sole purpose for existing.
